there's a thing that looks exactly like that in Lornar's pass as well. (maybe 2, if I remember right..) [referring to the screenshot posted by the OP]
it does look like it would be a fitting entrance though. |

UW and FoW should have been to area to enter normally as far as I know the FoW entrance used to be the big gate in Majesties Rest guarded by 5 huge dragons and the entrance to UW used to be in Lornars Pass. But they changed it long time ago.
